IPF's Athlete Training Programs are Designed to Make You the Most Complete Athlete You Can Be

Below is our current schedule, but please check back regularly for updates or contact us to receive scheduling notifications. If you are finishing up a sport when a session has already started, the good news is that it is never too late to join a program and your rate will be pro-rated for your start date. Each session is 100 minutes.

At IPF, we have adopted a truly special group training approach to coaching young athletes from middle school through their high school, college, and post-graduate sports careers. All our Athlete Training Programs are 100 minutes long. These are intense workouts in which our IPF team will teach, re-teach, and teach again.
