You should ALWAYS Take Your Health and Fitness very Seriously and Take Sports as Part of the Enjoyment Portion of Life. Wellness = Serious Sports = Fun This applies to any Age, Ability and Attitude, and although there may be some Crossover, there should be considered Separate Entities… Your Health, from 9yrs to 90+, will be the Single Greatest Determining Factor in Quality of Life for You, because without Health and all that it entails (Energy, Opportunity, Care, Cost, etc)
