Kylie Ward

Professional Journey

Kylie is a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner who works with clients both virtually and in person at IPF, while also serving as a Coach. For the past four years, she has coached athletes at IPF, helping them grow not only in their physical performance but also in their confidence. In addition, Kylie manages IPF’s social media and marketing, helping shape the voice and reach of the gym community.

A former collegiate lacrosse player at Merrimack College, Kylie first came to IPF in 2018 as an athlete preparing for her freshman season. She quickly experienced how the IPF system develops athletes into stronger, more resilient competitors and leaders—an experience that has fueled her belief in the gym’s mission ever since.

Academically, Kylie earned her BSc in Biology from Merrimack and went on to complete her MSc in Nutrition and Metabolism at Boston University, where her master’s thesis focused on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. While her research emphasized NAFLD, her broader studies centered on chronic disease and the powerful role nutrition plays in prevention and wellness. As a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Kylie is equipped to work with individuals of all ages and goals, from athletes to those navigating health challenges, using nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and functional lab testing to guide them toward lasting change. Her mission is to empower people to take their health into their own hands and feel the best they’ve ever felt.

Personal Journey

Kylie’s path to coaching and nutrition grew directly from her own athletic career. As a college athlete, she saw firsthand the pivotal role nutrition played in her ability to perform on the field, recover, and thrive off it. That foundation has evolved into her mission today: showing others that nutrition is not only about fueling performance but also about building long-term health and resilience.

At IPF, Kylie thrives on connecting with athletes and clients in a way that goes beyond the scoreboard. She believes in meeting people where they are, teaching them the value of consistency, resilience, and small daily habits that create meaningful change. Having experienced that process herself, Kylie relates deeply to young athletes and clients of all backgrounds, guiding them through both the performance and wellness sides of health.

Outside of IPF, Kylie loves coaching lacrosse and staying connected to the sport that shaped her. She lives in Salem, NH with her two bulldogs, and brings the same sense of community, energy, and passion to her life that she shares with her athletes and clients.
