It’s Our Responsibility to tell You Why We are Good at Helping People Be
“Better”, specifically with their Health. There are plenty of options to choose
from regarding Wellness, so the following is Exactly Why We are a Terrific
Choice…
1) We Care, and All of Our Actions are Built around Helping People
“Grow”.
Identifying Behaviors, Building New Habits, Applying
Structure, Coauthoring Consistency, and Leading into New
Opportunities are what IPF does Best. The Application of these
Characteristics starts with Health, but the Carryover to Every Day Life
is Powerful, Productive and Immediate…
2) We “Do”, and We Lead by Example and by Experience.
Jamie and Walter have 50yrs+ of Equity in the Fitness World, in a variety of
settings. They may not have seen Everything, but they recognize
Patterns, both Positive and Negative, and they Affect Change. The
Staff is comprised of like-minded Learners, and IPF itself is quickly
approaching x20yrs of Assistance to those who have come calling…
3) We are “Situational” and Adapt to What is Best for our People.
If You are more comfortable in an intimate setting, then 1-on-1
Training, and Building that Relationship, is for You. If You want the
Energy of the Gym to Encourage and Fuel You, Group Training has
many Benefits that fit Your Needs. Small Group Training is both
Specific and Adaptive. Large Group Training is like walking into a
Family Reunion, and that Family wants You to Do Well and Live
Forever! Whatever Your Initial Needs, we have Options to Fit Your
Life…
4) We Live in the Real World!
The World that recognizes Scientific Theory (Lab Results) and What Works in Practice (Experience) and meshes them together well. Both are Important in Determining
Success…
First and foremost, if You Aren’t Improving, You should be in a
Different Environment. Time and Energy are Your Most Precious
Resources and Don’t Not Give of Them Lightly. Our Training
Programs are Successful because they are Functionally Sound. Our
People Perform the Programs Well because they apply Focused
Effort, with Terrific Consistency in an Environment Conducive to
promoting the Elements of Health. It’s a Simple Recipe but the
Ingredients are tough to combine. We utilize Everything We Can to
Teach, Coach and Learn!
5) All of Our Clients have Improved*.
All of them! Now, we also acknowledge that we aren’t for Everyone. Our Structure, Coaching
and Standards of Performance are Very High, which many Love, and
some Do Not (Absolutely Fine!). The Clients that Come, Stay and
See What We Are All About? They All Improve and its Awesome! The
Goals are Different: Weight Loss, Body Composition, Looking Better
Naked, Completing an “Event”, Performing X Number of Push-
Ups/Chin-Ups, Returning from an Injury, or trying to Rewrite Family
History, etc., We Get Better!
