Let's Dive In...
When Someone Walks in Our Door, We Have a Conversation that will Include some Questions About Themselves:
(These are questions we want to hear you answer so that we can learn about you. Our responses and the information we convey are specific to what you tell us. This blog is intended to get you to think and reflect, as opposed to just “learn something new.”)
What are Some of the Reasons you have Done Well in the Past?
Most People are Aware of WHY They Succeed, and they Fondly Remember the Period of Time When Things Clicked...
What are the Barriers to Your Success? (Big Picture > Life + Your Behaviors)

What are Your Concerns with Starting/Improving Your State of Health/Fitness? (Specific to Your Health + Current Situation)
How is Your Life Helping or Hindering Your Health? Your Family, Job, Obligations, Organization, Routine, etc., Everything has a Role, and How is Your "Health" reflected by Your Existing Lifestyle?
What are Your Strengths that We Can Use as the Pillars of Your Program to Build the Structure/Habits/Behaviors that will Help You Be Better?
If We (Together) are Going to Start Building, Let's Do It by Going with What We Know Works and Adjust from there...
What Schedule can We Establish that will Enable You to Be Consistent while not Detracting From/Disrupting the Rest of Your Life? (Partner, Kids, Work, Social Opportunities, Travel, etc.)
Staying on Track with a Sustainable Schedule is a Valuable Skill, and Make "It" (Anything) Work before You Make It Hard
Why is this Important to You? What has Changed, and/or, Why Now?
Before "Goals", there should always be an Internal Desire to Simply Take a Step Forward ? Who/What is Helping You Take those Steps?)
If You can Answer these Questions (while you are Reading) with Clarity and Honesty, You are on Your Way to Getting Better...
It’s very easy to write a “Lessons in Fitness” list, a “How-To Make Good Decisions” chart, or simply a “Do This, Not That” explanation. Those can be great, but none of them account for you, your current situation, or the way you think. The fitness world has plenty of information. But why not start where you are, and see where it takes us?
Let’s get better!
